Past Life Regression Notes:
Please be sure when you do a meditation in general to sage your space before and after a meditation especially if you are a beginner. If you don't like sage then try sandal wood/holy wood/polo santo, it does have 3 names, but its all for the same thing. These different plants will help you maintain a safe space while doing your work. I also suggest an upright smoky quartz crystal point, or other stones of protection. The other tips I have in regards to this specific meditation is to set the intention that you are safe, and that you may leave and come back to your body at any time.  As past lives can at times be quite intense, though usually they are a peaceful insight as to another aspect of ourselves. Have a journal near by and a pen so when you come back from your meditation you can write down the information that you discovered, and perhaps note where/how it correlated to aspects of your current life now. Remember some people need to do a meditation multiple times in order to achieve their goal, the biggest thing here is to not set any tension or pressure ahead of time, or after as this often blocks us even more. Always remember to be self loving in your journey.

This meditation is a bit more complex as you will guide yourself through this meditation, this is why I rated it towards the moderate side of meditating than a beginner level. With that being said if you feel you need help the two books I listed above have wonderful information about the shamanic realm. (Shamanic Experience, and Shamanic Spirit)
Set an intention before starting the meditation that you will meet your spirit animal/animal guide. But be open to how ever it decides to present itself in this space. I also like to set the intention if I am feeling uncomfortable that I can come  back to my body, my time, in my safe space, at any given time during the meditation. So once you have set that intention, then you will start the audio and begin guiding yourself in this meditation. In order to do this you will imagine going through a hole in the earth, this can be through a tree, a cave, a rabbit burrow, what ever works. Try not to judge (in general) what your mind decides on for a portal. Mine would often change each time I did the meditation. Once on the other side of the portal do your best to become familiar with the new setting. Everyones experience of this realm is different and often very magical, so just be open to the experience. Make sure you have a journal and a pen with you so you can write it all down.
